Geordie Moulios attended The International Culinary Schools at The Art Institute from 2003 - 2006 and opened his restaurant, Cin Cin Simply Italian in November 2006 in Poway, California.
The International Culinary Schools at The Art Institute, is North America's largest system of culinary programs offered at over 30 Art Institutes schools. Cin Cin Simply Italian has won best Italian Restaurant in San Diego for two consecutive years with Ranch and Coast Magazine for 2008 and 2009.
Cin Cin Simply Italian Restaurant offers dishes such as Skirt Steak Sazzini, salads, gourmet pizza, Black Mussels Gnocchi, Osso Bucco, to Tuscan Chicken and fish.
